我們協助年青人建立信心(Faith)，引導及啟發他們運用自己的能力(Empowerment)應對變幻莫測的網上世界，以及培育他們的同理心(Empathy)以推廣網絡健康文化。此外，我們著重跨界別專業協作，透過與不同持份者共同參與，建構協作平台加強聯繫(Linkage)，藉以帶動社區力量強化協同精神及效應。另外，我們透過讓參加者掌握網絡健康的知識（Knowledge），培養正確的上網態度(Attitude)及提升應對網路危機的技巧(Skills)，達至推廣網絡健康目的。
